William Isaiah Denby, Jr., beloved father and brother, was born November 11, 1936 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma and he passed away on March 21, 2012 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. A butcher by trade, he worked in a family grocery in his younger years and continued this occupation until his retirement in 2010. He loved horses and going to horse races, and seemed to have a magical "green thumb" with all types of plants. He had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed making others laugh.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Isaiah Denby, Sr. and Julia Ethel Ballard of Tulsa
William is survived by his sister, Grady Jane Reardon of Eucha; children, Richard Denby and his wife, Sonia Denby of Sapulpa, Terri Stone and her husband, Brian Stone of Sapulpa, Michael Denby of Tulsa; nephew, Duane Reardon of Eucha. thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
