Obituary of Bryttni Ward
Bryttni Constance Lachelle Danae Ward joined her Lord and Savior Jesus in Heaven on September 28, 2022 at the age of 33.
Bryttni was born in Tulsa, OK on January 31, 1989 to Lhonda Carter and Steve Hall. Bryttni grew up in Tulsa and graduated from Catoosa High School. Bryttni was a graduate from the University of Oklahoma and earned a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science in 2011.
Bryttni married the love of her life, soulmate and best friend Kevin on August 31, 2013. The couple moved to Mounds to raise their two children, Rilee and Talyn, in 2015.
If you had to describe Bryttni in only one word, it would be “servant”. Bryttni was a servant to the Lord, her family and friends as well as the thousands of patients she has cared for. For the last 10 years Bryttni was an active member at Guts Church and served the church family in many capacities. If Bryttni had a spare moment in her schedule, she could be found serving her family and friends. If you needed an ear to listen to your struggles or someone to drop everything and pray for you; Bryttni was your girl. Bryttni started her nursing career as a Certified Nurse Aide in October 2011 while continuing her education and received her Registered Nurse License in 2015. Nursing was more than just a job for Bryttni; it was the essence of who she was, and she found much joy in serving her patients and their families.
She was preceded in death by her Grandparents O.D. and JoDean Hall and Linda Rayon. She is survived by her husband, Kevin Ward, children Rilee and Talyn Ward, parents Lhonda and Dave Carter, Steve and Teresa Hall, Steve and Debbie Ward and Bryan & Melody Hanson, Grandparents, Milton “Gunny” & Sue Gunnarson and Jim & Karen Ward, siblings, Debra Carter; Adam and Kendall Buchert; Amber Blackburn; Chris and Kimberly Carter; Jennifer Cavalier; Thomas and Jessica Wheat; Shannon Beaver; Thomas and Crystal Creekmore, Brian and Brook Hinton, Adam and Jennifer Boyles, Cody Gunnarson and Tandi Dunlap, Bryanna Hanson and Mary Miller and her numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Time will slip by and life will go on, but from our hearts you’re never gone. We will think about you always and talk about you too. We have so many memories, but we will always wish we still had you.
