Shirley hired me to work for Dr. Townsend and Dr. Saurino 25 years ago. She quickly became my spiritual mama. She believed in me and encouraged me from then until now. We were blessed to have a group of employees that stayed in touch for all of these years. We often would get together to play Nertz... our last gathering was 3 months ago at my house. I will remember 2 things the most: her deep passion for God and her uncontrollable laughter (which you can see in one of these pictures). I'm so glad that we kept our friendship and I will always be grateful that Shirley was in my life. I'm very saddened to hear of her passing and my heart goes out to her family and all of the many friends that loved her like family. I'm certain her rewards in Heaven will be many!
