On Monday, February 20, 2023, Jerry Lewis, loving husband, father, and grandfather, went to be with the Lord at the age of 81. Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd, his mother, Imogene, his brothers Jesse and Elmer, and his sisters, Olive and Imoloyd. He is survived by his wife Linda, his former wife Betty and their three children, Susan, Bennett, and Paul, his five grandchildren, Malacki, Iyon, Becca, Leo, and Lea, his step-children Amy and Adam, and his step-grandchildren, Zoe and Jacob. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 at Green Hill Funeral Home at 2pm. Flowers or donations may be sent to 400 East Teel Road, Sapulpa, OK 74066
