Mac E. Griggs, 63, born may 21, 1946 in Abilene, Texas to Walter and Maxine Griggs. He graduated from Sapulpa High School and attended college at Northeastern State University where he was a member of Sigma Tau Gamma. Mac enlisted in the Navy and served on the USS Nautilus. Mac had a successful career as a salesman for Metals USA until he retired in 2009. Mac is survived by his father; Walter Griggs; sisters; Judy Fields, Nancy Buff and LuAnn Fife; brother; Matthew Griggs, three nephews and one niece.
A memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Sapulpa at 11:00 am Saturday May 15, 2010. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the First United Methodist Church Sapulpa
