Obituary of Bertha Erives

Bertha Erives fue llamada a su eterno hogar el Miércoles, 7 de Junio de, 2023 a los 77 años de edad. Ella fue muy querida y será extrañada terriblemente.

 Nació el 30 de Septiembre del 1945 en Chihuahua, México. Fue precedida en la muerte por sus padres Teodoro Erives y Arcadia Zapata, junto con sus hermanos Beto y Josefina.

La sobrevivieron sus hermanos Irma, Tomás, María Elena, Blanca, Esperanza, Laura, y Javier. 

Bertha fue bendecida con siete hijos, Mario, Graciela, Rosa María, Guadalupe, Lucía, Lucila y César; 19 nietos, 27 bisnietos y 1 tataranieto.

Ella lucho por una mejor vida para sus hijos desde el principio. Bertha siempre fue una parte influyente e importante de la vida de su familia. Ella fue una matriarca increíble, la líder real de nuestra familia. Ella SIEMPRE estuvo presente, parte de la vida diaria de su familia de una manera tan tangible. Ella era una verdadera mujer de Dios, la mejor cocinera, enfermera, abuela, mamá, consejera, niñera, y mucho más. Ella dejó a su familia un legado de fe, amor y respeto. Nos inculcó a todos que la familia lo era todo. Gracias a ella tenemos una GRAN familia unida que honrará ese legado de aqui en adelante.

 Bertha Erives was called to her forever home on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 at the age of 77. She was very loved and will be missed terribly.

 She was born on September 30th , 1945 in Chihuahua, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents Teodoro Erives and Arcadia Zapata, along with her siblings Beto and Josefina.

She was survived by her siblings Irma, Tomas, Maria Elena, Blanca, Esperanza, Laura, & Javier. 

Bertha was blessed with seven children, Mario, Graciela, Rosa Maria, Guadalupe, Lucia, Lucila, & Cesar; 19 grandkids, 27 great-grandkids, & 1 great-great grandkid.

She devoted herself to providing a better life for her kids early on. Bertha was always an influential and important part of her family’s life. She was an incredible matriarch, the regal leader in our family. She was ALWAYS present, part of her family’s daily life in such a tangible way. She was a true woman of God, the best cook, nurse, grandma, mom, counselor, sitter, and much more. She left her family a legacy of faith, love, and respect. She instilled in all of us that family was everything. Thanks to her we have a BIG close family that will honor that legacy in many days to come.
