James Benard Hart, Jr. passed from this life Thursday, July 13, 2023 at the age of 81. He was born in Breckenridge, Texas to James Benard Hart, Sr. and Katie Lee Hart on December 28, 1941.

 

James worked as a Produce Manager. He and wife Kathleen were blessed with 6 children. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, basketball, billiards, vintage cars and shuffleboard.

 

He is survived by children: Debbie Mason and husband Perry of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Wayne Palmer and wife Shellie of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Renea Dawson of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, James Hart and wife Tracy of Skiatook, Oklahoma, Steven Hart and wife Nicole of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Jason Hart and wife Rachel of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by siblings Seth Hart of Amarillo, Texas, Katie Ward of Broadus, Montana, Mildred Brown of Breckenridge, Texas many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and many more family members and friends as well as his dog Missy.

 

James was predeceased by his wife Kathleen Hart, daughter Mitzi Hart, grandchildren Dusty Bradley and Diane Nelson, parents James, Sr. and Katie Hart, brother Edward Hart, and his dog Rocky.
