Obituary of Ronald Warren Cook

Ronald Warren Cook was born to Harry and Faye Cook on June 2, 1932 in Okemah, Oklahoma. He passed from this life on August 10, 2023 at the age of 91 years, 2 months, and 8 days.

In 1955 Ronald began attending college at OU. He obtained his pharmacy degree and worked as a pharmacist at Bateman Drug, City Drug, Humes Rexall, Plymouth Drug, and other pharmacies in the Okemah and Henryetta area. Ronald also served his country in the Army Reserves.

On April 14, 1957, Ronald married Delores Ann Berry and the couple was blessed with 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Ronald and Delores made a home in Okemah, Henryetta, and Sapulpa. The couple attended church at South Heights Assembly of God and Praise Center Ministries. He enjoyed spending time fishing, antiquing, and on stocks.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Faye Cook. He is survived by his wife Delores Cook; daughter Rhonda Parnell and husband Mike; son Steven Cook and wife Becky; grandchildren Emily Henshaw (Justin), Caleb Parnell, Nolan Cook (Kelley), and Naman Cook; great grandchildren Kayden Henshaw and Avery Cook.
