I have known Earl about 15 years. I worked with him at John Zink, prior to joining him at Advanced Industrial Devices. He was always a polite and very respectful person (as others have said, a "Gentle Giant"). Earl could always be counted upon for anything extra that might be required, and offered up ideas for improvements, rather than just complaining about any situation. He was ever faithful to his craft of panel building, and was quite an artist at it. He took great pride in striving for Excellence in everything that he did. I am proud to call him my friend.
Earl, you will be greatly missed, old friend!!
