Linda Ann Esmond (Litzner) was born on June 8, 1950, in St. Ignace, Michigan. She passed away on October 22, 2023, at her home with her family by her side.

While Linda had a successful professional career, her family was the most important thing to her. She was a devoted mother to her three children: Russell, Tammy, and Shirley. Her love for her family was boundless, and she cherished every moment spent with them, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Linda's family was her greatest achievement.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Marion Litzner, and her sister, Charlene. Her family will always cherish their memories of her.

Linda lived a life of kindness and compassion, always putting others first. She touched countless lives with her selflessness; those who knew her will never forget her kind and loving spirit.

Linda's family was the center of her life, and she loved spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. She will be remembered by her husband, Joe Mercy; her son Russell and his spouse, Milinda Esmond; her daughter Tammy and her spouse, Bill Childress; and her daughter Shirley and her spouse, David Watson, her brothers and sister, Donald and his spouse Delores, Charles and his spouse Nina, Russell, Mark, and Ranay, along with her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Linda's legacy will live on through the memories she created with her loved ones.
