Obituary of Larry Lester Harris

Larry passed peacefully from this world, with his wife Jody by his side, as for the past 56 years. Into the hands of our Lord and Savior. Larry leaves behind his wife, Margarite, 2 sons, Jay and Paul and daughter-in-law Tamara, four grandchildren, Justin, Courtnry, Ashton, and Preston, along with 3 great-grandchildren, Paul Jr., Ares, and Mayzlee, and two sisters, Judy Stockstill and Ada Strain of Sapulpa, friends at the coffee club, also known by friends at Steak n Eggs knows as, “the liar’s table,” the men he served with in the Navy, friendships that have lasted a lifetime, still having each other’s back, and also, his church family at First Baptist in Jenks. If you have known Larry, you know he has always had a comeback for any conversation. He will be deeply missed by all. We have the promise to see him again in heaven. Read John 3:16. We would like to thank Millenium Hospice for all the service and care they have given Larry and family. Thank you to all the friends and family who have gone out of their way to lend a hand, bring food, and listen to us talk when we needed it.
