Georgia Alta McReynolds

Born: May 24, 1933                                                                                                                        Death: January 27, 2024

Georgia was preceded in death by her father Woodward Davis, mother Johnie Davis, brothers Barney and Johnny Davis, her husband Joe Gene McReynolds.

She is survived by her daughters LeeAnn Livingston, Kendra Parnell and Adalie McReynolds, grandchildren Rylie Ashby and Alexander Elias, partner in life and soulmate Doug Martin, her sisters Ivon Mortin, Debbie Hopper, Patrice Ray and Linda Rozell, former sister-in-law Marilyn Bachelier, as well as numerous friends and extended family.

Georgia’s work ethic went above and beyond. She was self-motivated and hard working. She always strived to provide what was best for her children and family. She was supportive and encouraging. She loved going to pageants, painting and especially dancing with her partner Doug. Georgia was stubborn and resilient, which carries on today in her children and grandchildren. She will forever be remembered as a wonderful, caring, and loving friend, mom, “Grammy”, and “Nana.”
