Gary Dean Coatney was born in Sapulpa, Oklahoma on September 12, 1960, to Louise Pettit and Charlie Clinton Coatney. He passed away February 3, 2024, at the age of 63.
He worked in shipping and receiving for over 40 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
He was married to Sandy Coatney on July 28, 1979, at Bluebell Church.
He is preceded in death by his father Charlie Coatney, his mother Louise Coatney, and his sister Kathy Burns.
He is survived by his wife Sandy Coatney, his brothers Ricky, Charlie, and Terry Coatney, his daughter Heather Coatney, his son Heath Coatney and his wife Miranda, and his granddaughter Libby Coatney.
