I have a big brother
And his name is Dale
In our younger years
I would follow him around
And try and keep up with the fun he was having.
Our summers were filled with bike riding and swimming
Catching crawdads and going to the drive in.
And when he became a teen
I became his pain in the rear
Still wanting to follow
But not allowed anymore.
As we matured into young adults
And started to go our own separate ways
We still had the reassurance only siblings can have.
I have so many memories of him
Snowball fights in Kansas, motorcycle riding
Him helping me wash my hair after I had surgery
Him caring for Momma as only a son could.
My brother is stubborn and smart and witty
He is the one I leaned on over and over again.
He taught me a lot, and that's why I became the perfect tomboy
I have a big brother
And his name is Dale
Dale will be deeply missed. We want his wife Mary, there daughter and his sisters to know they are held close in our hearts with prayers and thoughts in there time of sorrow. With our deepest sympathy Barry, Tammy & Family
