Obituary of Carol D Sutterfiled

Carol Denise Sutterfield of Sapulpa, Oklahoma passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 63. Carol was born on July 16, 1960, in Sapulpa, OK to Wayne and Della Sutterfield.

Carol was always laid back and cool. Most of the time she wanted some kind of music on. Music gave her energy and motivation. She loved to dance, jam out, or do some mild Head banging! She loved being outside. Whether it was looking for four leaf clovers on a breezy spring day, camping at Keystone Lake, or her most favorite, laying in the sun during the summer. Carol was always very protective of those she loved. She was never shy about speaking her mind either. She loved cats and dogs and always had one or both in her life to keep her company. Some of the other things she enjoyed were crusin, the wind blowing through her blonde hair, watching MTV, frisbee, puzzles, and who can forget Scooby! Later in her life, Carol was all about her grandkids. She was so grateful for the time she got to spend with all the kids. Anyone that knew her, knew that peace and love was truly a way of life for her. Carol will be missed by so many, but she would go tell you to have a big party and celebrate. May her spirit live on in all of us.

Carol is survived by her brother Scott Sutterfield and sister-in-law Beverly Van Meter; Children D.J. Sutterfield and Brittney Windham, Jeff Sutterfield and Amy Green; Niece and Nephews, Shelbi Sutterfield, Nicolas Sutterfield, Jessika Van Meter, Drew Krajicek, Brittni Krajicek, and Cydni Krajicek; and grandchildren, Kolton Wiggins, Savannah Sutterfield, Trinity Sutterfield, Penelopi Sutterfield, Levi Green, Kelsie Green, and Aiden Green as well as many other family members. She is preceded in death by her Father Wayne Sutterfield and Mother Della Sutterfield.
