Throughout their married life, Barbara and David lived in El Paso, TX, Yonkers, NY, Blacksburg, VA, Alcoa, TN with most of their years in Jeanerette, LA and El Reno, OK, before moving to Owasso, OK. Everywhere they lived, they gathered friends and soon friends became family, and everyone was always welcome in their home.

Barbara stayed home when the children were small and when they were all in school, she went back to work. She found satisfaction in her work as the medical technologist at Canadian Valley Clinic for many years.

Barbara was happiest when she was cooking, gardening, and sewing. Volunteering every Sunday to rock the babies in the nursery also gave her great joy.

Barbara Ann Crosby Meyerhoeffer will be remembered as an excellent cook, a good friend, and a wonderful mom and grandmother.
