Wanda J. Tuttle Obituary
Wanda Jo Tuttle, age 85, known as “Jodi” to those that knew and loved her, passed away on October 14, 2024, in the company of family. Jodi was born in Great Bend, Kansas on September 24, 1939, to Jesse and Shirley Cross.
Jodi enjoyed a long career in secondary education, first as a teacher and then as a private school administrator and educational consultant matching domestic and international students with educational institutions to achieve their educational goals.
Jodi had two children, Terry and Kerri Jo and raised them as a dedicated single mom. Later in her life in 1987, she married Clair Tuttle, and they enjoyed many adventures together
Jodi was a deeply spiritual person, exploring various faiths and belief systems. As Grandmother Raven, she founded and created Circles of Essence, an educational and spiritual organization that shares a map of life which allows each person to discover their own path leading to self-mastery and personal fulfillment. Jodi loved to travel and visited many global destinations during her spiritual discoveries.
Jodi was preceded in death by her daughter Kerri Jo Anderson, her husband Clair Tuttle, her mother and father Jesse and Shirley Cross and her brothers Phillip Cross and Ralph Cross.
Jodi is survived by her son Terry Anderson, her sister Sarah Smith, her sister-in-law Julie Cross as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Jodi loved animals, especially her canine companions. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to the SPCA or other animal rescue organizations
