Obituary of Pollie Fissel

Pollie Chloe Fissel was born July 24, 1924 in Gore, Oklahoma. She was the Youngest of seven girls and two boys. She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, John W. Fissel, Jr. She retired from Bell Telephone in 1980 after 33 years of service. Pollie is survived by her two sons, John and Jim of Mounds, Oklahoma; two daughters-in-law, Judy and Kim of Mounds, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, John III of Mounds, Oklahoma, Bryan of Glenpool, Oklahoma and Cody of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one great grandchild, Nathan of Tulsa, Oklahoma and one sister (her identical twin sister, born 35 minute before her), Mollie of Bush, . Pollie was a very loving mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. She was always ready to cook for you. If she was in her kitchen she was happy. No one left her home hungry. She will always be in our hearts. She will be missed by her loving family and friends.
