Obituary of HOMER STUBBLEFIELD

Homer Leon Stubblefield went to be with the Lord at age 76 on November 30, 2010 in Sapulpa, OK. He was born December 25, 1933 in Woodville, OK, to parents Daniel Martin and Daisy Pearlene Stubblefield. Leon spent his childhood and teen years on the farm in S.W. OK, moved to Sapulpa in the mid 1950's and to Tulsa in 1971. He was self-employed for several years but spent his last 17 years of employment working for the city of Tulsa where he retired in 1999. He was born into a large family where he was one of twelve children, nine brothers and 2 sisters. He enjoyed fishing and getting together with the family and playing cards and dominoes. Leon was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and four brothers. He is survived by his Daughter, Diana Lynn Camp, Grand-daughter, Amy Lynn Camp and Grand-son, Dylan Camp, all of Sapulpa, OK, Five Brothers: Marvin Stubblefield of Owasso, OK, Henry Stubblefield of Healdton, OK, Roy Stubblefield, Carrol Stubblefield and Charles Stubblefield all of Sapulpa, OK and many nieces, nephews, as well as many friends.
