Dennis Lee Childress was born on October 9, 1944 to William Leslie Childress and Betty Helen Ward in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2010 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He was 66 years of age.
Dennis was self employed and worked in the construction business. He had served his country as a member of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Betty Childress.
Dennis is survived by his four children: Tammy Lynn Buxton and Larry of Sapulpa, Pam Vallett and Mike of Sapulpa, Denny Lee Childress of Tulsa and Michelle Martin and Chris of Blanchard, Oklahoma; a brother; Charlie Childress of Okemah, Oklahoma and six grandchildren.
