Obituary of JANICE RUTH

Janice Dorothy Orr Ruth was born on March 20, 1922 to Grover Cleveland Orr and Eva Orr. She was raised in the Sunrise Community. She married Harold Ruth on May 22, 1943. Charles Todd, the minister of the Presbyterian Church of Sapulpa preformed the ceremony. She worked for Bartlett Hospital and Osteopathic Hospital. She later worked for Doctor Richard Leroke until she retired. Janice loved gardening, sewing and quilting blankets. She loved her grandkids and she was a friend to everyone. She was a very generous person and a caregiver to all. Janice is survived by her two children, Donald Ruth and wife, Nan and Judy Rochester and husband, Michael; one sister, Nellie Scott; four grandchildren, Jim Rochester, David Rochester, Victoria Holt and Donnie Ruth; five great grandchildren, Michelle Million, Ryan Rochester, Casey Rochester, Joshua Holt and Jacob Holt; four great great grandchildren, Blake and Wyatt Miller and Brandon and Addison Ruth. Sometimes life is not enough, but it's all we have.
