It is a truly sad time and my family, Lilia, Abigail and Jeff send our condolences to the Stevens Family. My husband and I were discussing how Kevin always had the biggest smile on his face every time we saw him. His smile was infectious and warmed your heart, you could not help just wanting to hug him or give him a high 5, He was a beautiful little boy and made an impression on our hearts.
