Dear Sue's family,
I'm so sorry for your lost. But I know Sue is laughing with Jesus and all her other loved ones that have been waiting on her.
I loved Suzy Q very much. We used to have so much fun and laugh almost till we cried.
Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
God bless you, Mable.

I love and will always treasure my memories of Aunt Sue and Uncle Cotton and all of use growing up.
She was a straight shooter ,she would hug and burp you at the same time, smile and laughter all time, even when she was told in October Worried more about everyone else. Not just about their going on without her but their relationship with Christ .
Thanks for allowing me to be with you guys and love and prayers for all.

My heart is torn between sadness and joy. Mama Sue had such an impact in my life and I'm so sad she is not here however, she showed me what true faith looks like and I have joy knowing God has told her well done good and faithful servant. I love you Sue, until we meet again.

Tina and Family, there are no words to express how my heart is breaking for you. I know that Mama Sue has her reward in heaven but the family and friends left here have a big hole in their heart that no one else can fill.
The last time that I saw Mama Sue she called me over and gave me one of those big hugs that only she could give. I have known Mama Sue for many many years and I never saw her that I was not the recipient of one of those hugs she was known for. I loved her very much!
I loved Mama Sue and I am so sorry that I did not see her in the past couple of months. But I do have the assurance that I will see her again and once again receive one of her hugs.
My prayers are with you Tina, Aaron and family. I pray that God wraps you in his arms and gives you the peace, comfort and strength that only He can give to get you through this time and the days to come. I love you all and if you need anything please let me know!

While working at the local Kum & Go, I met Sue, Cotton and most of the family. The whole family is a treasure.
Sue immediately adopted me. She stopped on a regular basis, and made sure to seek me out to make sure I was ok. I also was gifted with banana bread and cookies many, many times over the years.
When my Mother was quite ill, Sue insisted on writing a letter to my Mother and even a birth day card at a later time.
After leaving my job i wasn't able to see Sue quite as often but talked on the phone several times a month. I was lucky to be able to see her in person before she passed. As her health declined, Sue would call, tell me was good, and made sure that I was ok. She was a very kind and generous woman and I already miss our phone calls.

Mama Sue....what a treasure you were to all that knew you. To know you was to love you, it could not be helped. Your smile and your spirit were infectious. I am honored that your love touched me many years ago as a girl! You have been a powerful example of the love and light that comes from knowing our savior. I am thankful for your example! Your reward has truly been earned and heaven is much brighter with you there! All my love and prayers to your beautiful family! In our hearts you will reside until we meet again!
All my love,

Oh, how I loved this precious lady. From the time I started attending church with her more than 25 years ago, she became my second momma. She was exactly 3 months to the day younger than my mom, 88 years young. Several years ago she started writing cards to my mom, who lives in Oklahoma City, "just because." The 2 never met, but felt they knew each other because of the card writing. That's the kind of person she was. I could never express just how special our friendship was. I am truly blessed to have known her, but more importantly, to have loved and been loved by her. I will miss her dearly.
