Obituary of Peter Thomas McCullough

Peter Thomas “Pete” McCullough was born on Oct. 24, 1936 in Glenpool, OK. Pete passed away on Tuesday Nov. 27, 2018, at the age of 82, after an illness. Pete was a good man and we will all miss him.

He lived in Sapulpa, OK with his beloved wife of 56 years, Carlettia McCullough. He was an electrical salesman for many years before his retirement.  He enjoyed traveling, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.  He was devoted to his wife, family, and enjoyed every minute he got to spend with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Carlettia McCullough, his daughter Michelle McCullough Jones and her husband Chris of Longview, Texas, and their children Abbey, Andy, and Adam.  He is also survived by his sister Christine Bernard and her husband Jimmy of Sapulpa. OK. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Pleasant McCullough; his mother, Dorothy Baughman McCullough Powell; his brothers, Jimmie, Jackie, Don, and Elbert McCullough; his sister, Margie Skyles; and his mother and father-in-law Carl and Catherine Wald.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 3, at 10:30am at Green Hill Funeral Home, 400 Teel Road, Sapulpa, OK.  Visitation will be on Sunday, December 2 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family present from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
