Kay was a beautiful lady. That being inside and out. She was always warm, friendly, loving to everyone. I worked with Kay and Kay Vail at the church . The “Kay’s”, did all the parties , receptions with their decorating expertise.
I loved the “Kay’s”. We always had a great time. I will miss her . I have loving, fond memories.
